The inductive reactive power will be compensated by means of a power factor regulator with the related capacitor units in a central reactive power compensation capacitor banks.

The measured power factor is compared with the set values in order to provide system compensation.

All function of this regulator are controlled by a microprocessor.

The correct coordination of measuring current and measuring voltage is prerequisite for the trouble-free operation.

The capacitors are switched in accordance with the set switching program by the 4 or the 12 output relay contacts.
